Contact Groups is a contact group client created by Flipdog Solutions, LLC ("Contact Groups", "Flipdog Solutions", "we", "us", "our") registered in New York. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal info.
Version
Contact Groups has one version that is trial to purchase and is a one time purchase. The purchased version of Contact Groups makes periodic calls to the Google Play licensing server to validate the license. If the license is considered invalid, the application will fail to work.
Information Collected
If you email the FlipdogSolutions or Contact GroupsDev accounts with issues/concerns/feature requests, we will keep your email address in our address book on Google so we can respond to you and update you on bugs and features. On some occasions, we may send out a newsletter on new features and updates and that will always have an unsubscribe option available. We will not share your email with other companies.
Contacts
Contact Groups has access to your local address book in order to make sure that it can read contacts in order to create groups for them.
Links to other Services or Sites
Any links to websites or services that appear from third-parties received by Contact Groups are not the responsibility of Contact Groups. By using the app, you agree that Contact Groups does not have any control over third-party sites or services, are not Contact Groups?s responsibility, and this privacy policy does not apply to them.
Third Party Access
If Flipdog Solutions, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via the description in the store and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
