Purchased maildroid pro to replace k9 (or at least try)…
Mail Server is dovecot IMAP (push capable) SSL
1) How do I specify which IMAP Folders I would like to keep synchronized with maildroid? Will maildroid keep them fully in-sync (when I delete on the phone, it should delete – or move to Trash – on the server; when I delete on the server from another mail client, it should delete from the phone)??? What do I set for the polling interval…technically I don’t want to “poll” my IMAP server…I want to use push notifications, though if there’s an IDLE setting, maybe I need to set that?
2) How do I specify trusted senders so I can auto show the content/images in their received emails?
3) Do I have to separately configure purge of local folders like Deleted or Sent? Can this follow the folders on the server?
That’s it to start. Looks pretty good…just those setup questions so far!

EDIT:
I don’t think it’s consistent, but for example: I just deleted 2 emails from my desktop email client (Thunderbird), but they remain in the inbox of maildroid. That’s not right. (Especially when the label at the top says, “Mailbox in sync” or something….it’s not.) Push notification should tell the email client about what happened.-
