Latest releases 4.24 and 4.25 addressed bugs in MOVE functionality, one for IMAP and one for EWS… whatever those bugs were, I don’t know.
However for a long time now, the popup MENU while viewing messages in the “Sent from device” folder has not a MOVE TO… item on it. So it is CURRENTLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE A MAIL TO A REAL USER-FOLDER, where it belongs in order to be properly conversationally threaded just below the message to which the reply was sent. In fact, at the curent time you can only DELETE that message. You can’t do anything else useful with it.
Furthermore, even if you’re viewing the message list in the “Sent from device” folder, and you check one or more items because you really do want to move them all to a user-folder, once again the popup MENU does not have a “MOVE TO…” item on it.
So you can’t MOVE a message from “Sent from device” while reading it, and you can’t MOVE a message from this folder while viewing subjects in the message list for the folder. No way can you do anything other than DELETE it.
Could this possibly really have been your designed intent? I think not. In some older version of MD Pro it was obviously possible to MOVE a message to a user-folder, but this ability got broken and lost a few releases ago.
Please fix this bug. Please restore the MOVE TO… item on the popup Menu while viewing a message in the “Sent from device” folder, and also if I check the message in the message list. Both situations should have MOVE TO… in the related popup menu.
