Lately, when i try to access my work account (Exchange EWS 2007/2010), i receive an error saying that the subscription is invalid. Already tried to delete and recreate the account, to disable the SSL certificates check but it simply does not work. I have two different devices, a tablet with ICS 4.04 and a phone with Jelly Bean 4.12.
Using outlook for android it works perfectly.
Any idea?

This is a temporary error from exchange and usually goes away after some time. If this continues to happen, you may need to remove and re-add the account, although this is rare.

Two weeks passed and the problem remains. Already removed the account several times, even stopped using for a while. Nothing. It keeps saying subscription is invalid. Strangely with other apps like outlook, blue mail, type mail it works flawlessly. Any other suggestion?

You have to keep in mind that outlook, blue mail and type mail use ActiveSync to connect to Exchange while we use EWS (Exchange Web Services). This is a different protocol and accesses the server differently. Now one thing to note, if you are checking mail with a number of clients it may be that MD is getting locked out with that subscription error since Exchange sometimes does have a limit on connections at one time.
